German Government Document Leak Prooves Perfidious Disinformation Plan on Ukraine War
The document shows to a frightening degree how planned the government is in generating opinion.
The German alternative media site ‘NachDenkSeiten’ was exclusively leaked an internal document of the German government. They were able to verify the paper and also know the identity of the whistleblower. The document provides an illuminating insight into the extent of the horizontal and vertical structures of, it cannot be said otherwise, German state propaganda, especially with regard to the official involvement of mainstream media (e.g. Spiegel and Stern), Western social media corporations, educational institutions and the so-called "fact-checkers". Even elementary school children are being targeted. All of this amounts to a concerted attempt by the federal government to enforce information conformity.
The document is titled "Ongoing activities of departments and authorities against disinformation in connection with RUS war against UKR", comprises a total of 10 pages and meticulously lists the relevant activities of the federal ministries and subordinate authorities as of 27.06.2022, Florian Warweg of the "NachDenkSeiten" explains.
The question of whether politics and the media act in the same way out of pure conviction or whether it is targeted propaganda has thus been adequately answered. The document also makes clear that the SPD*-led Ministry of the Interior acts as the central hub of state propaganda activities. (*Social Democratic Party of Germany)
It also appears from the document that the goal is not simply to create a negative mood against Russia. Rather, it is a concerted effort that begins with influencing children and ends somewhere in the middle of society. So, in fact, there is no one who can escape the propaganda.
With the knowledge of this paper, the - in the most literal sense - synchronized media coverage makes a broader sense than was previously known. For it is no longer just the decisions of the editors-in-chief that lead to the blatantly inked publication of reports containing Russia-bashing and Russophobia. Rather, it is a kind of state mandate that is dutifully carried out by the contractors.
According to the whistleblower who leaked it to ‘NachDenkSeiten’, the leaked paper from the German government is just the tip of the iceberg. The public has no idea what else is going on in the background. Literally, the whistleblower told ‘NachDenkSeiten’:
»In my view, it is a look into the abyss of the bundled activities of a horizontal (interdepartmental) and vertical integration of modern state propaganda. From ministries and their partnerships with transatlantic think tanks like the ISD down to the press, 'fact checkers', social media, 'multipliers', 'critical civil society' and so on. They even don't stop at engaging schools and primary-age children.«
He also told ‘NachDenkSeiten’ that the projects listed in the document were not complete and that everything listed in the document was a leak that could still be tolerated by the German government, since it only included the measures that could be communicated in case of doubt. The German public would “have no idea what else was going on in the background.”
The leaked paper comprehensively shows that the narrative of "Russian disinformation" is to be established long and broadly in society, politics and the media. With success, as the paper says, because, for example, the establishment of the term "task force against disinformation" has already succeeded. Disinformation - that is, of course, exclusively Russian disinformation.

I am currently working on an English translation of the document and the original article (part 1) of the 'NachDenkSeiten'. Since this will take a little time, as the document and the article are very extensive, I ask you for a little patience. But I can already guarantee you that it will be worth the wait - the content is highly explosive.

With each piece we add to the puzzle, we get a little closer to revealing the whole picture.
