Politicized Justice Makes the Rule of Law a Farce

Penalty orders and criminal charges against dissidents and artists seem to be becoming the judicial standard in the "New Normal Reich" (formerly Germany).

A government’s disregard for basic civil rights and the constitution will sooner or later inevitably lead to the dissolution of the rule of law.

It is not so long ago, when in the heyday of the Covidcene in Germany doctors and scientists like Wolfgang Wodarg, Stefan Hockertz or Sucharit Bhakdi were put to the Corona pillory and threatened existentially. The fact that protesters against the jab and the mandatory mask and measure mania – from children to the elderly – were harassed and bullied by a state power that was completely out of control was practically part of the daily routine. Journalists, authors, actors, artists – critics of the prevailing narrative were mercilessly silenced, sometimes with absurdest justifications.

When it started to happen that even judges and experts who came to judgments that did not please the ruling ideological caste, public prosecutors were instructed to investigate them. Their homes were raided, their cell phones and computers confiscated, and bank accounts were terminated. Not to mention the consequences for their children and families.

For some, like the Weimar judge Christian Dettmar, this political intifada ended with the complete destruction of their careers. In early April 2021, Dettmar secured a sensational court ruling banning mandatory masks, distancing and testing at two Weimar schools – on the grounds that it “endangered the welfare of children.” His decision was overturned by another court a short time later and the story ended for him in August 2023 with two years’ imprisonment without parole and the loss of his pension entitlements. Here, a judge was politically destroyed by a prosecutor’s office bound by instructions from a minister of justice, and a judge loyal to the government. A process that says a lot about the separation of powers in the supposedly “democratic” Germany of 2023.

The separation of powers enshrined in the German “Grundgesetz”, which was laid down there by the fathers of the Grundgesetz (Basic Law/Constitution) on May 23, 1949, for good reason, can no longer be spoken of here. There it states unequivocally:

Grundgesetz (Basic Law) for the Federal Republic of Germany; Article 20

(1) The Federal Republic of Germany is a democratic and social federal state.

(2) All state power shall emanate from the people. It shall be exercised by the people in elections and votes and by special legislative, executive and judicial bodies.

(3) Legislation shall be bound by the constitutional order; executive power and the administration of justice shall be bound by law and justice.

(4) All Germans shall have the right of resistance against anyone who attempts to eliminate this order, if no other remedy is possible.

Anti-Semitism, Nazi Comparisons and Insulting Politicians

A compliant judiciary, of course, also makes it easy to silence unwelcome critics such as Roger Waters, CJ Hopkins, or most recently Rudolph Bauer, who earned a “penalty order” as well as a house search for an art book in which he linked current politicians with those of the Nazi era. He had also dared to embellish Karl Lauterbach, the notorious liar and German health panic minister, with a Hitler moustache.

And, of course, the harassment of writers, artists, and other so-called un-German elements at the time has a long and sad tradition in New Normal Germany – just think of the book burnings and how many intellectuals had to flee their homes in the wake of the rise of the Nazi regime in the early 1930s.

However, the present constitution of the Federal Republic of Germany clearly defines terms such as freedom of opinion, freedom of information, freedom of the press, and, in particular, freedom of art and science as well as of research and teaching:

Grundgesetz (Basic Law) for the Federal Republic of Germany; Article 5

(1) Everyone shall have the right freely to express and disseminate his opinions in speech, writing and pictures and to inform himself without hindrance from generally accessible sources. Freedom of the press and freedom of reporting by radio and film shall be guaranteed. There shall be no censorship.

(2) These rights shall be limited by the provisions of the general laws, the legal provisions for the protection of youth and the right to personal honor.

(3) Art and science, research and teaching shall be free. The freedom of teaching shall not release from loyalty to the Constitution.

And whether it is - as happened recently - the investigations against Roger Waters (for anti-Semitism accusations, incitement of the people or wearing an alleged Nazi outfit at his shows) or the penalty orders against CJ Hopkins (for allegedly “disseminating propaganda, the content of which is intended to further the aims of a former National Socialist organization”) and most recently Rudolph Bauer, who dared to decorate his Serene Highness Karl Lauterbach with a Hitler moustache and then had the gall to publish this picture in an art book, which he sent to another dissident, the “Querdenker” Michael Ballweg, who at the time was in custody on flimsy charges, to read in prison – the current rulers in Germany do not miss any opportunity to destroy or at least silence their critics with the help of prosecutors bound by instructions …

Instructions issued by ideology-driven corrupt politicians who abuse their office in complete disregard of their constitutional rights and duties to destroy their critics and political opponents and ultimately to produce state structures that no longer differ significantly from those of a dictatorship. In any case, a politicized judicial system makes a farce of any rule of law. Thus, an ostensible democracy becomes a DEMOCRATORSHIP™.

And with regard to the cases mentioned above, one thing also becomes clear: With their brutal action against any critics, the criticized prove the correctness of the criticism.
